Now it's also a little bit a sad post because these cards will be the last ones I've have made as DT, the term is over after this month *snifsnif* But the last couple of months has been a blast, thanks so much Elizabeth for everything!

Elzybells Art Stamps, #43 Decorate a DoorHanger

Oh my... time does really fly does it, it's already Elzybelles Challenge Time again! This time I have challenged the DT girls and Elizabeth to decorate a doorhanger. I have first decorated the doorhanger with Kraft cardstock and Bo Bunny designpaper.
After that I have chosen one of my favourite clear stamp sets from Elzybells and stamped this with Memento Black on DCP, I think the Elzybells Crafting sets are hilarious with the funny looking Elzybells and the fab sentiments! Coloured with Copic Sketches and cut her out with round and matching scalloped nestabillities.

Now it's your turn;-) Decorate a doorhanger with an Elzybell stamp (set) and leave the link to your creation @ the Elzybells Forum. You have the chance to win a lovely surprise!

Supplies
Paper: doorhanger, kraft cardstock and bo bunny designpaper
Accessories: flowers, brads, ribbon and twill

Elzybells Art Stamps, #42 It's all about Kraft!

As you perhaps may have noticed I just loooove Kraft cardstock, not only as a base for my cards but also to make lovely projects! Kraft fits to almost every type of designpaper:-D
This time at Elzybells Art Stamps it's my time to challenge you to make a project or card and only use Kraft cardstock together with an Elzybells stamps and no designpapers!

I've used both types of Kraft cardstock Elzybells sells online; Light- and Dark Kraft in combination with the Lovesick set to make a nice tiny gift for a sick friend or a friend who is not feeling quite well.
The whole background is stamped with the accessories from the Lovesick set, Chocolate Brownie and Sugar Candy Ink. Because of the flexability of clear stamps I was able to stamp the sentiment a little bit round. Just put the sentiment on your acrylic bloc and pull it a bit round, very easy!

Inside this little "book" there is a teabag.
By the way, Elzybells now sells also A4 packages of Kraft cardstock, that may saves some shipping costs...;-) And don't forget Elzybells have an offer of free shipping on all orders over £20 running until 3 May.

Supplies
Color Medium: Copic Sketch

Please join in with this great challenge, check out for more details at the Elzybells Forum.
Have a wonderful day!

Elzybells, Sneak Peek #3 Giant Flower

With all these lovely Elzybells Birds and Bees stamps you can no longer ignore the fact that is it Spring! Today I have for you this sweet stamp "Giant Flower", combined with the gorgeous Pine Cone Press designpaper they make a pretty couple I think:-)

I adore the style of Stampin' Up and tried to get this card in that style. It's very hard for me to make a card clean and simple, but I love making cards like that. It's always easier to embellish your cards with lots of flowers, ribbons etc. to get a great effect but just the simpleness of card is not always simple, if you know what I mean*lol* When I first start blogging Godelieve's blog was one of the first blogs I've stumbled on and boy I was stunned by her cards (still am) She's my stamping idol:-D Just hop over to her blog and you see what I mean. Godelieve's cards have that clean and simple touch I love! Just look for example to this card, it takes your breath away don't you think...

Okay now back to my Big Flower card, I've coloured with my Prisma Color pencils, added Stickles unfortunateley that doesn't show on the pic. I've stamped the sentiment and have cut the sentiment in pieces.
That's it.
For more Birds and Bees inspiration please hope over to the Elzybelles Blogs, and don't foget tomorrow is release day!
Have fun and Happy Stamping!

Elzybells Art Stamps, Sneak peek day #3

Only one night sleep and then the new stamps from Elzybells Art Stamps will be released!!!
Today I'm going show you some samples from the gorgeous versatile set, Fanciful Flowers. A large clear set with all kind of vases, flowers, swirls and sentiments. You can make lots and lots of scenes with this set! I like versatile stamping and not being stucked in one kind of style cards and Elizabeth makes me definitely think outside the box. Ofcourse I love my "people" stamps but sometimes you need to send cards to friends/ family who don't like those kind of uber cute "people" images.
The card I've made above is put together with a a couple of stamps from the Fanciful Flowers. Because I like to have the main focus on the stamps I haven't used accessories except the three little CC Buttons.
This pocket card is made with Kraft Cardstock light, inside the pocket there's room for a package of flower seeds. The swirls from the Fanciful Flower set are stamped with Sugar Candy, the flowers were stamped on Kraft Cardstock with CC Ink Chocolate Brownie, cut out by hand and glued on the swirls with a dimensional.
Supplies
Accessories: CC Buttons Chocolate Brownie, rhinestone pink

Elzybells Art Stamps, Sneak Peek day #1

Time flies when you are having fun, it's already time again for a new Elzybells Art Stamps release! And oh boy this release is really gorgeous and filled with flowers. Till Thursday 25th of February, release day, you can see al kind of samples made with the new sets by Elizabeth and the DT. Today's focus is on the new clear sets: Floral fervour & Foliage fervour & Fervour sentiments. At my blog you can see a couple of samples made with the Fervour Sentiments set. I know, I'm early but I like to work ahead if I have time;-) so this cute set I've made for Mother's Day.

Everyone can use a tiny notebook and some dotted GreenGate pencils (now how fun are those!) don't you think;-) I've said it before and I am going to say it again, I {{heart}} Elzybells sentiments. They are always come of so perfectly without any smears on your cardstock, the lettertype is original and a lot of Elzybells sentiments are putting a smile on your face only by just reading them!

So no stamped images on my 10x 10 cm card today, just a sentiment. Sometimes that's all that count, clean and simple just does it....:-)
Supplies:
Accessories: Quickutz die cut flower and leaves, CC Buttons Pink Lemonade, ribbon, Cuttlebug dotted embossing folder, Sizzix tag die.

For sneaks peaks from the Floral Fervour and Foliage Fervour sets please hop over
to the Elzybells Art Stamps blog and the blogs of my fellow DT members, you can find their links at the left sidebar.
